It will partially be in effect during the first few days of December. Players may explore this on a case by case basis. It will be like some parts of the town have returned to normal whereas other parts have not, so if you want your character to be able to return home they can technically do so though the transition will be more thoroughly explored in the December event.

The campsite will exist as an accessible location afterwards though it will not be on the official housing page, but characters can choose to stay there afterwards if they choose.
