In regards to Sodder:
Currently, Yuri will not find anything to aid her in finding Sodder.
However, if she were to use her abilities during October, she will be able to access some unusual information. The energy of Sodder will seem to be all throughout Deerington as Sodder's presence is quite literally everywhere.
There will be some locations that stand out more than others. There will be no ghostly image of people that appear, but instead, this deer may be seen by Yuri or those with powers/tools similar to Yuri's walking near the Mayor's House, the Elementary School, Harren Hospital, and throughout the National Park. The deer will fade in and out of existence regardless of anyone's powers or how strong they may be. There will be a silver moon balanced between the antlers that will consistently change through the various phases of the moon. No one can interact with the deer, and it will not be visible to the regular eye. Photos taken of the deer will show the deer up to only one hour before the deer vanishes from the picture entirely.
Sodder's presence will only be able to be detected during months hosting large game events. Yuri will not be able to pick up much beyond these things........For right now, anyway.
In regards to your second question:
The Church and the Police Station both have locked parts of their foundation which means Yuri will not be able to take very effective pictures of either location. The most both will show is that both the Church and Police Station will have once been an ordinary church and police station with polished wooden floors and nicely painted walls and the general appearance of a functioning establishment.
Taking a picture of the Wastes will only be effective similarly to the months Sodder can be detected. Meaning if she takes a picture of them now, nothing much will be shown. But if she takes a picture of a Waste during October or other prominent months, she will find....
That they actually used to look like regular, healthy people. They also appear to be much more real than the Townsfolk. They can be seen wearing regular clothing (from the 50s still, but not the strange hyper-pastel and matching outfits of the Townsfolk), having naturally colored hair, normal signs of aging if it's an older Waste.
The Betties and Townsfolk will show no changes whatsoever. It appears as though they are exactly as they appear to be.
